About This Project
I've been working with Aerogelic Ballooning since 2013. They came to me with a 15 year old website and many online presence issues. After working the site into a good place, the owner decided in 2015 he wanted to track his flight reservations online.
I went to work building a system that customers could use with ease, and that his staff could use to effortlessly manage flights. I spent time in their office, watching the current process, and we came up with a system that keeps everybody happy.
The system is feature rich. When a customer signs up, they have the option to pay immediately or wait for an invoice. Upon signing up, customers receive a standby confirmation email, and the staff is alerted. After confirming the flight, staff sends an email from the control panel to the customer. Staff is also able to search for flights a confirmation number created and given to the customer.
